William H. Kroll

william H. KrollMr. Kroll earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina in 2008. While at the University of North Carolina, he was awarded several merit scholarships, was president of two student organizations, recorded over 200 hours of pro bono service, was selected the Winston B. Crisp Student Leader of the Year, and was a student law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Wallace W. Dixon in the Middle District of North Carolina. Mr. Kroll attended St. Lawrence University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with honors in 1993. At St. Lawrence, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi honorary fraternities. He received a Master of Science degree in Recreation in 2001 from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Prior to joining Stubbs & Perdue, Mr. Kroll clerked for the Honorable A. Thomas Small (retired) in the Eastern District of North Carolina Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to law school, Mr. Kroll worked at various positions in higher education administration at Binghamton University for twelve years. Mr. Kroll is an avid runner and has completed eight marathons, including three Boston Marathons. When not working or running, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
