Rebecca Ann Scherrer

RebeccaMs. Scherrer attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in Psychology in 2000.  She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2005.   During law school, she completed an internship at the Office of the Massachusetts State Attorney General and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  She was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar in 2006.

Prior to joining Stubbs & Perdue, P.A., Ms. Scherrer served as a law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals to the Honorable Richard A. Elmore, the Honorable J. Douglas McCullough, and the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr.  She was recognized as the 2009 University of North Carolina at Wilmington Young Alumna of the Year.
