Serving Eastern Carolina for More Than 35 Years

The firm of Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. was established in New Bern in 1971 and soon expanded to a second office in Raleigh. Today we serve clients throughout eastern North Carolina and beyond. Over the years, we have worked to earn a reputation as thorough and resourceful attorneys who adhere to high professional and ethical standards. In addition to legal work on behalf of our existing clients, we commonly receive referrals from other lawyers and attract new clients from the ranks of previous opponents who have watched us in court.

Founding partner Trawick H. Stubbs, Jr. brings 40 years of diverse litigation experience and leadership to our practice. We have recently been joined by new attorneys whose extensive knowledge in focused practice areas enables our firm to further the mission of effective litigation and dependable legal counsel.

The lawyers in our firm are active in professional and political activities. Membership affiliations include the North Carolina Bar Association, Craven County Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, American Association of Justice, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, American Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Eastern Bankruptcy Institute, and the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.
